Activities: To celebrate Women’s Day taking place on 8th March, and March being Women’s History Month, Mr Luke and Ms Yuen invited students to share why Women’s Day is important. This included students sharing what women have impacted their lives as well as participating in a quiz about iconic women throughout history. Additionally, Chloe and Ella from 2D shared a presentation on the phrase “the world is your oyster” and what it means to them. Students left the assembly with a renewed sense of what equality means and how we can continue championing women.
